• Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not use generated names that infringe trademarks or violate platform rules.
• You are responsible for any name you choose to register or publish.

4. Profile lookup tools

Lookup tools display publicly available information from third-party platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, Roblox, Minecraft, Twitch, Fortnite). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Data accuracy and availability depend on each platform's public APIs.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, design, and code, is owned by GameTagAI. Generated usernames are provided to you royalty-free; we make no warranty that any name is unique or available on a target platform.

6. Third-party trademarks

Xbox, PlayStation, PSN, Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, Discord, Twitch, Steam, Valorant, Apex Legends, Call of Duty, and League of Legends are trademarks of their respective owners. GameTagAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameTagAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
